JOGSEGÉLY ÉS SZOCIÁLIS TANÁCSADÓ SZOLGÁLAT

Az egyik legsikeresebb programunk a Szent Márton Caritas Alapítvánnyal közösen működtetett Mozgó jogsegély és Szociális Tanácsadó Szolgálat.

A program célja

  • Tényleges jogegyenlőség megteremtése;
  • Folyamatos jelenlét a perifériára szorult emberek lakóhelyén;
  • A települési hátrányok leküzdése – a legkisebb faluba is eljutó – mozgó "házhoz menő” jogsegélyszolgálat működtetésével;
  • Komplex jogi és szociális szolgáltatás valamint ügyintézésbeli segítségnyújtás a hátrányos helyzetű, alacsony érdekérvényesítésű csoportoknak;

Gilvánfán heti két nap biztosítunk jogi tanácsadást, ügyfélfogadás keretében.

A rendelkezésünkre álló infrastrukturális háttér, valamint szakember gárda (jogász, szociális munkás, háttér ügyvédi iroda), lehetővé teszik, hogy egy-egy településen helyben professzionális szolgáltatást nyújtsunk a marginalizálódott társadalmi csoportoknak

Munkatársak:

  • dr. Heindl Péter – jogász
  • Barta Ferencné, Gyöngyi- szociális munkás
  • Herczeg Ügyvédi Iroda

MOBILE LEGAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE AND SOCIAL ADVISORY SERVICE

The Mobile Legal Aid and Social Counseling Service is co-organized with the St. Martin Caritas Foundation , and the service is one of our most successful programs.

The infrastructural background, as well as the professional staff (lawyer, law student, social worker,  and a background law firm), allow us to provide professional services to marginalized social groups locally in each marginalized village.

We provide legal advice on a weekly basis in Alsószentmárton and Gilvánfa, where clients come from the surrounding settlements.

The purposes of the program

  • Creating de facto equality;
  • Continuous presence in the residence of people in need of the periphery;
  • Overcoming settlement disadvantages - with the "mobile service", which reaches even the smallest village by operating a ‘legal aid service’;
  • Complex legal and social services and administrative assistance to highly disadvantaged individuals

Customer receptions take place in our own properties, as well as in the institutions of local governments,  and in the premises provided to us by non-governmental organizations and churches.
